Great Experience... I showed up friday night ten minutes after the last load cut off With my sick baby and all her Soiled bedding. The nice lady working not only allowed me to still do my laundry, but helped me unload it, and held my child while I got it started. The place was very clean and the attendant was very nice and helpful, She explained they are under new management and many updates will be made to the machines. This will be my laundry spot from now on.
Very nice and clean area and machines. Attendant was be helpful and knowledge. We were there to do blankets and comforters. Machines are nice size and do a great job. Dryers are huge and dry quickly. Will be back next time we need to do large items that we cannot or do not want to do in home machines. Thank you a great service.
Came here even tho some of the reviews were bad. It was closest to me, so very conveniently located from my house. When I came in it was clean, peaceful and not busy so that was nice:) I started talking to a young man that works here on the weekends named Abraham. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciated his time and information he gave to me about the machines. Very nice young man, so if your looking for great customer service, fair prices and a clean place to do your wash, its here with Abraham..ty for your help 🙂
Wow is wow. Out of all laundromats I’ve been in around the city from north to south to east to west, I can tell you this place got it locked hands down will be the best laundromats in all city. It’s opened 24/7. It uses tap for pay. The price is great. Overall A1. Thanks for this location and I’m sure many more to come because of the atmosphere and how it’s well kept. No bathrooms though which is understandable. Great job!
Great place to do laundry if your dryer breaks down. Dang thing started to make a powerful ruckus and then stopped altogether. I was frustrated, but the fine folks at Michigan Street Laundry put me at ease the moment I breached the doorstep. Friendly service, adequate change machine and a good ol fashioned vending machine really comforted me during my visit. As for the machines, they wash and dry your laundry with the reliability and raw power you would expect from an establishment like this. 10/10 would drop another load again!
