My first time at this laundromat an employee named Helen greeted me first thing and could tell I was lost. She helped me and was SO nice. Before I came there that day, I had stopped at a laundromat in St joseph bc it was closer. The employee was so rude and would barely look up from her phone let alone answer my questions about their laundry drop off service. Surprisingly, I was extremely pleased to get awesome customer service in benton harbor. Helen was so nice and understanding that I didn't really know how to use their machines. She understood I was washing a lot of linens for an Airbnb my company was cleaning that day and made the process so much less stressful. THANK YOU HELEN!!!

The house I’m staying in for work doesn’t have a washer and dryer. My normal 2 concerns with laundromats are #1.) Not sketchy and #2) clean. This laundromat lived up to those standards. It’s nice that you could use a card and just tap to pay. Washers were moderately priced, big dryers in back were 25 cents per 5
minutes which I thought was crazy cheap. Nice facility.

Pleasantly surprised. The prices are unbelievably reasonable. All the washers have signs hanging over them marked with the load size. (You can't miss them!!) The facility looked and most importantly smelled clean. Plenty of dryers and folding tables. I worked as an attendant at a 24 hr laundromat back home in Oklahoma so I know what to look for and where to look for it. Rejuv is where you should be doing your laundry. I'll be back and I'll recommend to everyone. One last very important note, the attendant was very pleasant and attentive to her customers. She wasn't buried in her phone or just setting there watching TV. That was wonderful to see. Kudos to her!! Great job!!
