We Have bill changers for coins, but each machine also accepts credit cards for convenience, including touchless options. We also offer a membership card option if you prefer.

Yes, simply connect to our REJUV_Guest WiFi 

Yes! We accept laundry drop off at our Michigan Street location or you can schedule a pickup using at this link!

YES! We have machines all the way up to 90 lbs machines that can wash 9 baskets of clothes all at once. Perfect for comforters and other large loads.

The machines in REJUV are the newest models available, and the most efficient on the market. These machines are the crem-de-la-crème.

Yes, parking is available and free, no overnight parking, and we ask that you take care to throw your garbage in the provided trash cans in front of the store.

Yes, If using pods please place those directly into the machine with the clothes, and know we have options to purchase in the store if you forget or are running low.

Yes, the best way to get discounts available is to connect with us on our social channels, Instagram and Facebook for regular promotions. The loyalty program is available in the store through Dexter Pay and offer 5% back to earn free, future washes. Use code “WELCOME” for your first wash free (20 lb machine). 

Prices range from $2.25 per load to $12.25 for the largest machines. Dryers are available for $.25+ per 5 minute cycle with additional minutes available for an additional $.25. Additional minutes available range by capacity of dryer.

Yes, of course. You can also download the Dexter Pay app to monitor the status of your laundry while stepping out briefly. We just ask that the machine be emptied once the load is complete to free up the machine for the next guest.

We run clean and safe locations and strive hard every day to keep it that way. We ask that you help us keep the location clean and throw trash in the dumpsters and report to us any messes so we can dispatch a cleaning crew. Shoot us a text at 616-209-8050 with any concerns.
In fact, before you leave a rating below 5 stars on any social sites or maps, please address the concern with us, give us the opportunity to resolve the issue and earn a five star review. We want to hear how we can improve and take that feedback seriously.

Items Discovered:
Our staff periodically checks the premises for any items left behind.
Storage Duration:
Found items are securely stored at our facility for a period of 7 days.
Documentation:
We record the description and date of the found item.
Notifications:
If an item is clearly identifiable with contact information (e.g., phone, wallet), we will make an effort to reach out to the owner.
Claiming Process:

To claim a lost item, the owner must provide a detailed description to match our records. Proof of ownership, such as a photo or receipt, may be required for certain items.
Unclaimed Items:
Items unclaimed after 7 days may be donated to local charities or disposed of, depending on the nature of the item.
Liability:
While we take utmost care of lost items, REJUV Laundry is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur to the items during the storage period.
Prevention:
We encourage customers to double-check for their belongings before leaving the premises.
